Changed "Light Gray" to #d3d3d3 and "Dark Gray" to "Gray" (#808080).

~ replace duplicated "populateLanguages" function ( playbacksettings.js:18 )
~ replace duplicated "onSubmit" function ( playbacksettings.js:266 )
- remove empty function getWindowStyles
